For years, I lived in my head. I studied Biomedical Sciences, got my Master’s in Cancer Research, and worked day and night in labs. I was trained to see the body as something to fix.
But life - and my body - had other plans.
After multiple burnouts during my PhD, erratic cycles, and eventually a Lyme disease diagnosis, I had to slow down. I had to listen. And in doing so, I discovered a whole new version of health - one rooted in biology and compassion. Science and slowness. Systems and self-trust.
This course is the integration of both worlds.
