    This six week online course will help you understand each phase of your menstrual cycle and know in which one you are. By knowing this, you will learn how to give your body what it needs. You will also be able to heal period pains and learn all about premenstrual syndrome. By the end of this program you will love your menstrual cycle and not hate it or complain about it. It is our nature, we might as well love it and understand it, right?

  • CALM CARB EXPERIENCE

    This online course teaches you how food can impact our brain and our body health. It goes deep in the understanding of macronutrients and micronutrients. Not only that but you will learn why LOW CARB is so healthy and beneficial for our health and the history. We will also dig in deep in cravings and how we can take control of them.
